Job Title: Maintenance Techs Urgently Hiring
Pay: $28.88 for DAYS
$31.38 for NIGHTS ($2.50/hr differential)
Hours: 12 hour shifts: 5am-5pm or 5pm-5am (may only work 10 hours while training and then move to 12 hours).
ALL HOURS WORKED OVER 10 hours in a DAY, are paid at OVERTIME rate
SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS:
-Sunday through every other Wednesday (1st half of the week)
-Shift 1 is DAYS 4:30am-5pm
-Shift 2 is NIGHTS 4:30pm-5am
-Every other Wednesday through Saturday (2nd half of the week)
-Shift 3 is DAYS 4:30am-5pm
-Shift 4 is NIGHTS 4:30pm-5am

Fast growing nutrition bar manufacturer is looking to CONTINUE to build their team by hiring Maintenance Techs!!! Immediate openings!!
The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of a quality product every day.
As a Maintenance Techs, you will be responsible for:
- Perform installations. Repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of facility equipment fixtures and systems
- Preform work to comply with regulatory agency codes under general supervision
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Perform highly diversified duties to maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Ability to complete assigned paperwork.
- Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) that pertain to your area.
- May require cross-training in various positions.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Food Safety – Notify management of any Food Safety issue.
- Food Safety – Aware of empowerment to act to resolve Food Safety Issues within the scope of work.
- Food Safety – Conform to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
- Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to effectively communicate, in English, with fellow team members.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Must be available to work any shift
- Must be available to work overtime hours if needed
- Ability to speak, read and write English fluently as it pertains to fulfilling job requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs
*****Maintenance techs and workers are supposed to bring their own toolbox with their own basic tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, drills etc.). They do not need to have their tool box ready on their first day, and they can see what they would actually need before they go out and purchase their own tools.****
