Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts using QuickBooks, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- Data Entry, importing documents into new system
- Handle call-outs and assist in scheduling adjustments.
- Provide general office administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and bookkeeping tasks.
- Ability to manage invoices and perform reconciliations.
