Role and Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Machine Operator:

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, promote a safe work environment, and embrace the Target Zero philosophy.

Production Schedules: Read, understand, and follow production schedules to ensure timely and accurate manufacturing.

Equipment Operation: Adjust and set equipment parameters to meet production requirements.

Material Handling: Gather materials based on production schedules for continuous and efficient door crafting.

Quality Control: Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure specifications are met.

Communication: Maintain professional and effective communication to support product flow.

Record Keeping: Maintain downtime records and production information.

Housekeeping: Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements for the Manufacturing Machine Operator:
- Preferably one year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Regular attendance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities for the Manufacturing Machine Operator:
- Proficient with computers for reading order specifications, updating databases, and retrieving/updating data.
- Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure and calipers.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, driving forklifts, and using push carts safely and efficiently.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs regularly, and 10 lbs frequently; also able to sit, kneel, and stoop.
- Proficient in basic arithmetic, including adding and subtracting fractions and converting fractions to decimals.
- Ability to read, follow, and understand work instructions from written and verbal sources.
- Basic writing skills.
- Excellent attendance record.

Job Details for Manufacturing Machine Operator:
- Shift: Mon-Thurs 5:30 am - 4:00pm
- Must be available for overtime on some Friday's
- $19.00+/hr DOE
