We are seeking a Painting Crew Member for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a fast growing family owned painting company in Albany, Oregon. The Painting Crew Member will play an essential role in providing excellent service to clients. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, and take pride in the quality of their work. As a Painting Crew Member, you will be responsible for:

• Working on a crew of 1-3 other painters to complete interior/exterior residential and commercial projects
• Preparing surfaces (cleaning, masking, sanding, patching) before painting
• Applying paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Communicating professionally with clients and other crew members 

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1 year of experience with painting (brush, roll and spray)
• High standard of quality in their work 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation to job sites ranging from Eugene-Salem.
• Comfort working on ladders and heights
• Desire to develop with a fast growing company
