Job Title: Residential Carpenter
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 DOE Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Residential Carpenter for a Temporary or Temp-Hire position with our client, a reputable residential home contractor located in Eugene, Oregon. The Residential Carpenter will play an essential role in the hands on construction of a variety of different residential projects. The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient construction operation. As a Residential Carpenter, you will be responsible for:
Finish Carpentry Work
Residential Subdivisions
Setting doors
Setting windows
Setting cabinets
Door trim work
Baseboard trim work
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Reliable transportation to get to a variety of local jobs sites
Hand and Power Tool proficiency
Prior woodworking/framing experience
Material Handling Experience
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for long periods
Math skills
Safety Knowledge.
