A local non-profit organization that is 100% owned by the membership is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team! This organization is in the training, education and encouragement of organized shooting.

Duties and Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician:

• Clean all bathrooms; check for and replenish toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and empty the trash.
• Check and clean all outdoor shooting areas and bays; this includes the Main Range, Indoor Range, Shotgun Range, 3D Range, KD Archery Range and all North/East Ranges. Squeegee all concrete floors, empty trash, inspect for damage and organize target stands, props and chairs.
• Remove all used targets, clips, sticks, etc. from downrange and dispose of same. Check for damaged or broken items and inform the supervisor of replacement or repair needs. Dispose of any garbage or refuse in all parking areas
• Clean Office and North Range Classroom; clean and dust all surfaces, straighten chairs and tables, and empty trash cans.
• Weekly ph testing of water and quarterly sample draws for State compliance.
• Fill potholes on roads with gravel when needed.
• Check Indoor Range target hangers, lights and empty garbage
• Wearing PPE, once per quarter, clean Indoor Range downrange area. Vacuum with Hepa vacuum.
• Remove lead from the bullet trap and place in a sealed container.
• Mop all floors and clean all flat surface areas in classrooms, and the Clubhouse.
• Mow or cut down all grass and undergrowth as needed on property
• Rake gravel in Bays 1-12 as needed
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and check all fluid levels on equipment when refueling.

Skills and Qualifications for Maintenance Technician:

• Must possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License and maintain a satisfactory driving record while serving in the position.
• Must submit to a lead level blood test analysis.
• Must demonstrate the ability to perform tasks efficiently, independently and with minimum supervision.
• Must possess equipment experience and safely operate equipment such as tractors, skid steer, mowers, and other power equipment.
• Must possess basic equipment maintenance experience.
• Must possess some building experience.
• Must possess fabricating and welding skills or the ability to learn..

Job Details for Maintenance Technician:

• Temp-Hire
• Monday - Friday from 7am - 3:30pm 
• $18 - $20
