Pay: $18.00/hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may reduce slightly as business slows) Start Date: Monday, 05/05/2025

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for a temporary 12-week position with our client, a respected leader in agricultural solutions and product distribution, located in Albany, OR. The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations by supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory movement of packaged agricultural pesticides and fertilizer products (No direct contact with hazardous materials will occur). The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, warehouse experience, and proven forklift skills. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Safely operating a forklift to move packaged agricultural goods

• Accurately picking and staging orders for delivery

• Assisting with shipping and receiving, including truck loading and unloading

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Complying with all safety and operational procedures

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations and forklift use

• Strong attention to accuracy in order fulfillment

• Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Forklift certification (preferred, not required)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
