Job Title:Accounts Payable Candidate Urgent Hire

Pay: $21.00/hr-$23.00/hr DOE Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM  Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Accounts Payable Candidate for a Temp to Hire position with our client, a highly reputable and long-standing, manufacturer of emergency shelter systems located in West Eugene.  The Accounts Payable Candidate will be helping out with general accounting in the accounting department.

As an Accounts Payable Candidate you will be responsible for:

Processing Invoices Verifying purchase orders Reconciling discrepancies Preparing payments  Accurately read and record data and invoice information Assisting with finance department duties The ideal candidate for this role will have: Experience with Accounts Receivable Technology Skills Math Skills Data Entry Skills General accounting experience Reliable transportation to get to the job on time Good communication and listening skills Ability to follow directions
