Duties and Responsibilities for Production Worker:
- Extracting soy compound from industrial mixers, sifting compound through filtering cloths, using industrial pressing machines to extract soy compounds from filtered mixture.
- Receiving raw materials
- Batch processing raw materials
- Administering initial Koji preparation
- Tracking of raw materials use
- Lot tracking of intermediate and final products to assure accuracy
- Sampling of work-in-progress for QC functions
- Move press cages between press areas during operation.
Skills and Qualifications for Production Worker:
- Frequently move 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to work at heights above 10 feet-there is an upper level where some of the production work is performed within an enclosed area
- Must be able to work independently and be a self starter
- Standing in one place for long periods of time

- Mon-Fri 7 am- 3:30 pm
- $16.75/hr
