Job Title: Bookkeeper/Accountant Urgently Hiring 

We are seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a non-profit organization located in Sweet Home, Oregon. The Bookkeeper/Accountant will play an essential role in managing all of the books and financials for the organization. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and comfortable explaining financial reports. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a wholesome organization located in Sweet Home, OR.

As a Bookkeeper/Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Handling full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, expenses, and journal entries
• Managing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports 
• Preparing reports for board meeting 
• Completing audits for SAIF, BOLI, etc

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 5+ years working as a full cycle bookkeeper/accountant.
• Ability to explain financial reports to leadership
• Experience with non-profit bookkeeping is a plus but not required 
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or other similar accounting software
