Manufacturing Associate - Hiring Immediately! Pay: $18.00/hour Hours: Monday - Friday,  6:00AM - 2:30PM, Must be available to work from 6:00AM - 4:30PM, IF/WHEN mandated by Client Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a reputable manufacturer that supplies high-quality golf putters located in Creswell, Oregon. The Manufacturing Associate will play an essential role in the hands on assembly and production of custom made golf putters.  The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient production and assembly of high end putters. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a large and local manufacturing facility and further your career in this industry, located in Creswell, Oregon.

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling custom designed golf clubs, specifically putters
  • Shafting putters
  • Attaching heads
  • Cutting and gripping putters
• Using hand tools and power tools
• Labeling, packaging, and racking finished putters
• Sandblasting materials, run fiber optic lasers, and run CNC machines
• Conducting General Cleanup as needed

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
• Prior mechanical assembly or carpentry experience is a plus as these skills are very transferable
• STRONG attention to detail is very important as there are hundreds of variations of types of putters, so being able to differentiate between these variations is important
• Must be able to read & use a tape measure
• Must be someone who takes pride in the work that they do and the quality of work being performed
• Must be able to follow SOP(s) and directives - Not being afraid to ask questions
• Must be able to Multi-Task
• Must showcase the ability to work both independently with little supervision, as well as being able to be a team player and work as part of a larger team 
• Must possess strong problem solving skills, as well as being able to make independent decisions and judgement calls 
• Having a Passion for the Sport of Golf is Always a Plus, but Not Required
