Duties and Responsibilities for Property Maintenance Technician:
- Ensure site safety and completion of required property maintenance necessary to maintain quality the property
- Landscape
- Property repairs including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Use of office equipment
- Hand tools and power tools
- Janitorial duties
- Spa and pool maintenance
- Maintain maintenance records
- Identify and fix property problems
Skills and Qualifications for Property Maintenance Technician:
- Landscape, property maintenance experience required
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification
- Own or have access to a reliable and properly insured vehicle for us in business transportation. Valid drivers license with a clean insurable driving record REQUIRED
- Ability to work on a ladder above 15 feet
- Ability to work repetitively with 50 plus pounds throughout the day.
- Previous experience in the trades - plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and construction
- CAMT Certification
Job Details for Property Maintenance Technician:
- Shift: Hours will be determined by property manager and must be available to work on call hours
- $26 hr Property Maintenance Technician
