We are looking for a
Front Office Customer Service Worker for a
temporary position that could be a
Temp-Hire position for the right person, for our customer the areas #1 provider of roofing materials located in
Eugene, Oregon. The Front Office Customer Service Worker will play an essential role in providing excellent customer service in this fast paced work environment. The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the dynamic operations of the office. As a
Front Office Customer Service Worker, you will be responsible for:

Answer Phones

General Order taking

Input orders into database

Deal with repeat contractors
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Detail orientated

Must have good verbal communication skills

Computer skills preferred (Excel & Word) but not required

Must have customer service experience
