I appreciate her enthusiasm. It is a quality that is difficult to project unless you really are interested in helping people. I have been in the workforce 44 years full-time, 56 years from when I started picking pole beans and strawberrys at 11. From multi-billion dollar companies in a variety of business sectors to mom and pops. I for one enjoy working with people who are positive . I perform better knowing that my boss has my back. Select is fortunate to have someone like her as leader. No BS, just reality.
