Todd called me several times to make an appointment to accommodate my work schedule after I applied a few weeks earlier and never followed through with my onboarding paperwork with Luther I believe. I was happy he went up and beyond and made an appointment within 2 days to meet me. Upon meeting me, he really discussed my qualifications & then said he had the perfect position for me. Since I already was working, I was a little reluctant to up and quit the stability I had but Todd seemed sincere to me when I told him I didn't want to work for a company that treated their temp employees terrible and I was looking for temp-to-perm hire. He assured me this was the place. So I said send my info to them. He called me the next day and asked if I could start the following day and told me what the wage was. I was stunned. I started, loved it, they liked me & already offered me a permanent position upon getting my 480 hours in. Todd was honest to me and that means everything. This company is genuine & treats their employees very well. I am so happy Todd believed in me & my skills and visa versa. He is definitely an asset to Selectemp.
