Alex was a pleasure to visit with. He asked great questions to get to know me and answered my questions candidly. Alex followed up in a timely way. He helped me prepare for the interviews and supported me through the offer.
Alex was very prompt throughout the whole process, followed up multiple times, and offered to help iron out some snags with the HR process at the company I was interviewing with. He was very warm, kind, and professional and I felt that he actually cared about me having a positive experience. He was great at answering questions and wasn't afraid to say, "I don't know" when he didn't know (I ask a lot of questions!), but referred me to the appropriate source. He also was very generous to offer to remediate a discrepancy between a perk that was mistakenly listed on the job description but not actually offered by the company. Would absolutely work with him again!
