I have been through two separate recruitment processes with Ally for two different jobs. She is so nice and understands my needs. She is also very easy to talk to and very professional. I enjoy the recruiting process with Ally!
Allison is definitely on the A-Team of Recruiters and Advisors. My experience with Allison began even prior to our video conference. It began with her LinkedIn profile and my observance of her being an individual that cares and gives of their time for others through philanthropic and/or their own time and services for causes that impact peoples lives.
My next experience was the conference call itself, where Allison was up-front with the intentions of the call, clear about the expectations of the call and the role, the players/parties involved, the amount of time we have together for our discussion and respectfully acknowledged a second A-team member whom I met in an earlier discussion.
Allison asked me for a brief history on my experience related to the industry involved, giving me plenty of time, not to have to rush through it. Very thoughtful.
Allison provided an in-depth explanation of the hiring Company, the Client Company, the organizational structure and any important circumstances which helped me to understand the big picture.
Finally, Allison recapped what we had talked about, was completely transparent on all matters and her guidance was outstanding. Thank you to Resolvit for making her (Allison) and Ally 2, both a part of a terrific team.
