Shawn was very proactive to schedule an initial phone call. He contacted me through LinkedIn messaging, presented an overview, which seemed like a fit and we were discussing the details of the opportunity and my background within a couple of hours. On the call Shawn provided an in depth overview of the role, answered questions I had and asked relevant questions of my professional work experience. Shawn came off as confident and prepared. His demeanor was not at all threatening, with allowed for a transparent two-sided discussion. Great job Shawn.
