Working with a recruiting service can sometimes lack a human touch. However, Keith is fantastic! He not only helped me get a solid understanding of what the role would be, but also gave me transparent advice and input on how my profile would do. From our first conversation he mentioned that time in the seat might be a bit of an issue and ultimately that’s what the hiring company said.
