That’s why I built my entire approach around one mission: to advocate for every nurse like they’re family.

Nights, weekends, holidays — I’m still working, still answering calls, still making sure my nurses get the highest pay and the respect they’ve earned. My industry ties run deep, and I use every connection, every relationship, every ounce of experience to open doors and secure offers others can’t.
