I have been a recruiter since 2016. One of my best qualities is building trust and being transparent. My strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates have been instrumental in my success. Referrals have also been huge in my success. A candidate that recommends me to others speaks volumes about what I will do for you. My goal is never to place a candidate on one assignment but to gain enough trust that I am the only one they trust to take an assignment with for the longevity of their career.
