Once I had a problem with the first arrangement interview. Unfortunately I got stuck in the traffic jam while trying to reach my home. Florence explained to me very warmly and understandingly that it was no problem that these things happen. She suggested a new date. I knew it would be ok :) During the interview, Florencia lead the conversation calm, and although I was quite nervous, she was encouraging me to continue talking about my experience.

I felt really comfortable with Florencia, she showed she really wants to guide me on my process and hopefully find a job offer soon.

Florencia was responsive, transparent, and professional during my recent job search. I felt valued and understood. She took the time to get to know me, my skills, and my aspirations.
