About Charlene Bartels:

I can truly not say enough good things about Charlene. As a first time traveler getting started can be very overwhelming. Charlene made my entire process as smooth as possible. She advocated for me, was always one step ahead, and was in constant communication to keep me well informed. Not only is she so good at her job, she is also the kindest human!
