Growing up in Wisconsin gave me a strong sense of community and the value of real connection. That’s something I carry into my work every day. I get to solve problems, build meaningful relationships, and connect compassionate professionals with roles that truly fit. Watching someone thrive in a position I helped them find is the best part of my job—and why I keep doing it.

When I’m off the clock, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family or planning our next travel adventure. I also love getting out on the volleyball court—it’s my favorite way to stay active and have fun!
