Hi, I’m Allie. I’ve been recruiting in healthcare for over 6 years and currently specialize in Allied Health at PRN Healthcare, placing imaging professionals, surgical techs, respiratory therapists, and other critical allied roles nationwide. I also have extensive experience recruiting Registered Nurses, which gives me a well-rounded understanding of the clinical landscape.

Before recruiting, I was a bartender and server for years. That fast-paced environment taught me how to multitask, pivot quickly, read the room, and genuinely listen to what people need. I’ve carried that same mindset into recruiting. The only difference is now, instead of serving up drinks, I’m helping clinicians land travel contracts that align with their goals and lifestyle.

I’m based in Wisconsin and bring a straightforward, Midwest approach to my work clear communication, responsiveness, and transparency from start to finish. My goal isn’t just to submit candidates, but to build lasting relationships and be someone my clinicians trust long after the contract is signed.

Why I love to recruit
What I love most about recruiting is the relationships. Of course, helping someone reach their career goals and land the right opportunity is incredibly rewarding but my favorite part is what happens beyond the contract. Over time, many of my clinician relationships naturally evolve from strictly work conversations to real, personal connections. When the communication shifts from just “recruiter and clinician” to genuine trust and friendship, that’s when I know I’ve done my job the right way. For me, recruiting isn’t transactional. It’s about building lasting connections, being a true ally in someone’s career journey, and creating partnerships that continue long after the placement.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me in the gym, lifting weights and challenging myself to get stronger. I’m big on personal growth, both mentally and physically. I also love reading thrillers, spending time with my pets, and being outdoors whenever Wisconsin weather allows it. I’m happiest when I’m with family and friends, exploring new places, or just enjoying a quiet night in with a good book or show.
