What the job is like

• Pay: $62.00/HR (with additional $3.85 to HSA)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday • Shifts: 8:00a,-5:00pm (Hybrid – 4 days onsite) • Location: San Francisco, CA  • Duration: 26-week contract What's in it for you:

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training

Licenses and Certifications:

Preferred: • Additional training or certifications in labor relations, employment law, or HR

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in labor and employee relations or related field • Strong experience with labor negotiations, grievance handling, and contract interpretation • Experience working with union environments • Public sector or higher education experience preferred Responsibilities:

• Provide labor and employee relations guidance across the organization

• Lead and participate in labor negotiations and represent organizational interests • Investigate, manage, and resolve employee grievances and disputes • Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements and policies • Advise leadership on risk, compliance, and labor relations strategy • Conduct training on labor relations practices and policies • Promote proactive management practices and compliance with employment laws • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain effective labor-management relationships • Mentor and guide other labor relations professionals Who we are:
