Hi, I’m Karlie May Bonion, and I have over 7 years of experience as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of recruiting for a wide range of specialized positions across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and military & defense sectors. These roles include physicians, psychiatric medical directors, speech therapists, licensed clinical psychologists, and technologists in fields like nuclear medicine, radiology, and MRI. Additionally, I’ve recruited clinical support staff such as registered nurses (RNs), licensed vocational nurses (LVNs), case managers, emergency room nurses, OR nurses, as well as allied healthcare professionals like respiratory therapists, radiologic technologists, and surgical technologists. Staying active is important to me, so I often go for runs to clear my mind and recharge, and I also enjoy joining fun runs and races to challenge myself and stay motivated. Spending quality time with family and friends is a priority, whether we’re hosting gatherings or exploring new places together. In addition to outdoor adventures, I’m an avid reader of self-help books, always looking for ways to improve personally and professionally. I also have a soft spot for true-crime podcasts, which keep me engaged and fascinated by the complexities of human behavior. When I’m in the mood for something more relaxing, I love watching Korean dramas—they’re my go-to for a bit of escapism! You can often find me visiting local coffee shops and restaurants, discovering new flavors and enjoying the vibrant culinary scene in the area. These activities help me stay balanced, energized, and inspired for the work I love doing.
