A Day in the Life
As a PBX Operator, your day revolves around managing the hospital's communication hub, answering a high volume of calls, and swiftly directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments. You'll also monitor emergency alarms, ensuring rapid response through paging and dispatch, while consistently updating and maintaining the hospital's communication database. Throughout the day, you'll provide critical information to callers, maintain calm under pressure, and act as a vital link in the hospital's efficient operation and patient safety.
