About the Job:

Compensation: $29.00–$34.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Certified Medical Assistant (CA)
-
1–2 years of pediatric medical assisting experience
-
Proficiency in EPIC and strong front/back-office skills
-
Recent experience in PEDS Cardiology, referral authorizations, and surgery scheduling.
A Day in the Life
Begin your day with warm greetings at the front desk, managing multi-line calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patient records and insurance details are accurate. Welcome patients with a smile, keeping them informed of any delays, and maintaining a smooth check-in process.
Transition seamlessly to the back office, where you prepare exam rooms, stock supplies, and assist patients. Escort them to exam rooms, measure vitals, and document symptoms. Support physicians during procedures, administer injections, perform venipunctures, and process lab specimens.
