Shereef was on top of the whole process and always got back to me in a timely manner. Even in matters that had to do with another department he was able to get me connected and things expedited. About Gautam Verma:

Per the conversations I had with Gautam it fully explained the job duties were that position. I felt confident and comfortable speaking to Gautam regarding my work experience as a Medical Assistant. Unfortunately by the time I had my practice question interview Gautam did inform me that the position he was going over with me was already taken. Gautam was apologetic regarding the situation as I was really looking forward for this position he did advise me not to get discouraged as there will be more opportunities.
