Position Overview

Pay: $100–$105/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Shifts: 5 days/week with alternating weekends

Contract: 3–6 months

Your Responsibilities (Summary)
-
Perform and interpret lab tests in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology
-
Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab instruments
-
Review and adjust quality control data
-
Assist with specimen collection, reagent prep, and documentation
-
Support teammates with troubleshooting
-
Follow all lab protocols and emergency procedures
-
May serve as a Disaster Service Worker
What You Bring
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution
Licensing:
-
Valid CA Clinical Laboratory Scientist license
-
OR CA Bioanalyst, Chemist, Microbiologist, or Limited CLS license
Experience (Minimum 3–5 years):
-
Blood Bank with Massive Transfusion Protocols (MTP)
-
Hematology/Coagulation Lab experience (Sysmex XN, Stago Max Compac)
-
Chemistry Lab experience (Siemens Atellica)

Proficient with: Epic Beaker, WellSky, Grifols Erytra
