Caitie became my recruiter after I started my first contract. I was a little nervous about getting someone new starting the my first contract with Pioneer but she has been AMAZING! I feel like I can talk to her about my wants and needs and she is going to do whatever she can to help me find the perfect fit for me! About Nicole Tombers:

Nicole has exceeded my expectations and totally raised the bar on recruiter standards. I have never worked with a recruiter who is so easy-going, informative, patient, responsive, transparent, and personable. I'm so lucky to have found her! Caitie has been a joy to work with. As a first time traveler, I was nervous about the entire process. Caitie was able to explain every aspect of traveling thoroughly and answered any questions I had. She is very knowledgeable and always responds in a timely manner. Caitie is very easy to talk to and made this process much easier than I initially expected. She checks in frequently which makes me feel like I am not alone in the process of finding the most appropriate assignment.
