Would love to see more mentorship or support offered to your providers (OT). I feel like I was heard when I expressed concerned about a specific contractor, but it has taken a few people to listen to the concern and act on it. My current contact for Pioneer, Anthony Rivera, seems to be on top of it and has good communication with me.
