Recruiting isn’t just my job—it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I love meeting new travelers and creating lasting connections with them. There’s something so rewarding about helping schools and facilities find the support they need while also empowering healthcare professionals to grow their experience and reach their goals. It’s a great feeling to know I’m making a difference.

When I'm not working I like to
When I’m not recruiting, you’ll find me enjoying the simple life. I love wine tasting, fishing, and hanging out at the lake with friends. I live on a farm where I raise cattle, sheep, and chickens, and I’m kept on my toes by my three dogs—two Great Pyrenees named Bear and Badger, and a Mastiff named Moose. They keep me active and remind me to enjoy life to the fullest. Living this way keeps me grounded, motivated, and grateful for the balance between my work and my personal life.
