My experience with Kimberly was positive. For the most part she responded to my inquiries and specific needs in a timely fashion. My issue is not with Kimberly or PeopleLink. It was with the employer who hastily provided instructions for the project, in spite of the fact that I did not receive a computer on the first day. And appeared to rush me through the setup on following and were impatient with me asking questions to confirm my understanding of how their system work. I have experience with working on many computer systems and know there are unique properties of various applications or projects. So I make no assumptions; I ask questions.
