I would like to share that my experience interviewing with Chasta was exceptional. She was very personable, professional, and genuinely easy to talk with. From the beginning, she made me feel comfortable, which made it easy to have an open conversation and ask questions.
What stood out most to me was that she took the time to ask thoughtful questions that went beyond my work history, skills, and experience. She made an effort to get to know me as a person, understand my personality, and determine how I might fit with the prospective client and their expectations. I felt that she was genuinely interested in finding the right fit rather than simply filling a position.
I appreciated the time, attention, and consideration she gave me throughout the interview. Her approachable manner and ability to make the conversation feel natural made a very positive impression on me. Chasta is a wonderful representative of your organization, and I believe her genuine interest in people and her approach to interviewing are qualities worth recognizing.
