Tiffany Turner helped me out a lot by promptly connecting me to a field I have experience in and answering all my questions. The only problem I had wasn't with Tiffany but the web design of the Peoplelink onboarding site. Specifically, when asked about how I want to be paid, why there is "other" as an option that almost feels ambiguous, but I assumed is a paper check. The other two options are direct deposit and the Peoplelink's paycard. If Peoplelink doesn't do paper checks then why have "other" as an option and stress anyone out thinking they will not be paid in time if they picked that option? The onboarding site connected to Peoplelink needs to update their website with accurate options for the pay selection. Thank you for reading.
