Maddie is the perfect mix of patience and responsiveness. I had shown interest in NuWest a while back and was on an email list. I received emails but was already in a contract and not actively looking. Maddie was patient and never pushy with finding me a contract. When a position came open in my home state I immediately emailed her and she responded within the hour. Communication was clear and concise and by the end of the next business day I was signing a contract. To me that is recruiter perfection. An added bonus she is just a cheerful ray of sunshine.
