I live in Tacoma, WA with my husband, 3 kids, and 2 dogs- all whom I am sure you have heard at some point in the background. I am originally from San Diego and will always be searching for the warmest weather up here to jump in water. I have always been in some variation of customer service/sales and have found that the constant in all things related is relationship building. I don't look at recruiting as something where I hold the golden key, but rather a mutualistic relationship and try to foster trust and open communication from the get go. Travel Nursing was foreign to me before I came to NuWest and now I live vicariously through my travelers, especially those who go to Guam!

Why I love to recruit
I never really thought I would be a recruiter and loathed getting emails saying "I hope this finds you well," of course it found me well, I am on my couch with a glass of wine, but I quickly found that recruiting is really just about relationships, and that I love!

When I'm not working I like to
go adventure with my kids, sometimes my husband; thrift, mentally pretend I am going to jump on the homemade sourdough train, drink local wine and explore places without cell reception
