Maksym is very kind. I have had recruiters not show up when needed. Maksym has continued to follow up and follow through. Initially, I was upset about the rate and was going to go with another company and he was very gracious and polite. He did not become rude and said thank you for my time anyways. He handles what I would call stressful situations very well and took the time to get to know my likes and dislikes as an individual. That is super important to me. He is very dependable and you can definitely tell he enjoys his job. He works long hours to meet his clients needs. I love that he included me in each step and walked me through the process as we went.
