Grace has made herself invaluable to me. Any questions or concerns, she hears them, and gets me awnsers. If I have any payroll problems or similar, she is prompt to help me rectify the issue. When submitting to assignments, she listens and I don't have to repeat myself on particulars of what I'm looking for. She is easy to reach. She's always friendly. It's part of the reason I've stayed with the company so long, she makes me feel like a valued team member. When so much of this side of the job is over distance and digital, she makes you feel seen and heard regardless. She communicates effectively. Very friendly and good coworker
