Starting as a Business Development Intern and working my way up to Account Management and Recruitment has been such an extraordinary experience with such amazing people. Why I love to recruit
Using Simon Sinek's "Find Your Why" to uncover the true wants and goals of our nurses is why I love recruiting, such as helping one of our travel nurses' travel to all 50 states! Some goals are simple and others are more complex which makes everyday an adventure for me!
