I am one of the founders of Nurses First Solutions. I've been an RN for over 17 years and have worked in areas such as Tele,PCU,ER,and case management. My wife is also an RN currently working in the PACU by way of the CVICU. We've travelled to assignments in South Florida as well as the West Coast making a 2 year stint in Seattle where we enjoyed the environment and people the most. We have 2 boys who are both under 5 years old which keeps us on our toes all day.

Why I love to recruit
I love the connections made with nurses and other clinicians as well as being able to show people the lifestyle of traveling beyond the money. The enjoyment is in the journey and not the destination.

When I'm not working I like to
I work 7 days a week and help our recruitment team. Aside from work I enjoy crossfit and look for ways to stay active even if I'm not in a gym.
