I'm Gillian Bass, Senior Recruiting & Client Success Manager at Nicklas Laboratory Staffing and leader of the Pathologists' Assistant division. I work closely with hospitals, pathology groups, academic medical centers, and laboratories nationwide to provide strategic staffing solutions for Pathologists' Assistants and other specialized laboratory professionals.

My passion lies in helping laboratories navigate staffing challenges while creating meaningful career opportunities for candidates. I recruit in the laboratory and medical space because I truly enjoy working with people, and my background as a CNA gives me a personal connection to the field. What drives me is the opportunity to send professionals all over the country, connect with so many people every day, and know that I’ve played a role in changing someone’s career—or even their life. Recruiting allows me to combine my love for helping people with building lasting relationships, not just with my candidates but with my clients as well.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me staying active, attending fitness classes, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, traveling when I can, or spending time with the people closest to me.
