Hello! My name is Sophia and I am a Recruiter with Marvel Medical Staffing. Before I took on this role, I worked at a retirement community for 1.5 years but wanted to make a change. Healthcare recruiting spoke to me because I have two sisters who are nurses. I see the drive they have and want to help you find your drive, your passion, and your purpose.

I am a homebody and live vicariously through my travelers and their adventures. I recently became an aunt to my first nephew, Leo, and have been a cat mom to my kitty, Daisy, for three years.

Why I love to recruit
I love recruiting because it allows me to connect with people from all over! I also like how rewarding it is - people take a leap of faith and put their trust in me to find them the best assignment.

When I'm not working I like to
Cheer on the Creighton Bluejays, go on walks, listen to music, try new recipes, play cards (500 rummy is my favorite), and spend time with my friends and family. My favorite tradition is having a spaghetti dinner with my grandparents and cousins on Sundays.
