I have had a great experience with Daniel so far.. he’s really easy to talk to. Love that he is also a fellow veteran as I feel that people who have served our country, in one of the most honorable of ways, really says a lot about a person. Gretchen was on point and clear with everything she was explaining even if I had to ask her multiple times. She is very kind and understanding considering this is the first time in my 25 year career I even thought of traveling. It means alot to know that she had my back. Very patient and knowledgeable.
