About Tyler Hernandez:

Tyler was extremely professional, friendly, candid, responsive, knowledgeable about both the Remote Psychologist position I applied for and about Loyal Source itself (he immediately gave detailed answers to the many questions I asked him). Definitely a much better, even the opposite experience, with him compared to several other recruiters from different companies I spoke to in the recent past. Some of the other recruiters gave the impression that they could care less about whether I wanted to proceed with interview process. Some of them and had very little idea about the position/company beyond what was listed in the indeed job description. If I was Loyal Source I would do whatever I needed to do keep Tyler onboard as one of your recruiters. I would maybe even try to clone him if he was open to that!
