About Mackenzie Smith:

In my experience, many recruiters will reach out initially, provide their contact information, and then become difficult to reach when you have questions or need updates. Unfortunately, that has happened often enough that I tend to expect it whenever a recruiter contacts me. Mackenzie has been a refreshing exception. Her communication has been exceptional throughout the process. She answered my questions promptly and was highly responsive and accessible. What stood out the most was her ability to be personable while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
