Tyler is a very genuine caring person. He responds quickly and does all that he can to help. Sadly, NOTHING is working regarding what I needed to get my training started today (NOT Tyler's fault). My work laptop does not work, I cannot login to TEAMS - even with trying to use the phone number, none of my applications on my iPhone work, Workday, Okta, etc.
