Xavier has been a great recruiter since day one. He has provided me with transparent information regarding the role/LSGS and has consistently followed up with me via email and phone calls. I was impressed that he actually called at the scheduled time (other employers tend to be late) and he provided coverage in case I needed anything while he was out of the office.
